What if the transport doesn’t arrive?
Delays are very rare. If the bus is delayed by 20 minutes, the trip is free of charge. If the bus is late by 40 minutes, you have the right to claim a penalty.

What about the drivers?
We monitor our drivers closely: we remind them of trips, maintain constant communication, and provide schedules with all stops. Each route is assigned a dedicated driver.

How is safety ensured?
Before each trip, mechanics inspect the vehicle, and drivers undergo medical examinations. Every passenger is insured for the duration of the journey

What if the transport breaks down?
This is almost impossible. However, we have contingency plans: all vehicles have backups. If necessary, we will quickly replace the bus with a similar, fully operational vehicle.

How do passengers know which bus to board?
Each bus displays a sign. Additionally, employees can install our mobile app, which shows the current location of the vehicle and its estimated arrival time at the required stop.
